TOURNAMENTS & CONTESTS

OneShot Golf includes the opportunity to participate in tournaments. However, we make no guarantees to you that you will be able to participate in a tournament. Players must abide by the Rules of Conduct set forth in our Terms of Service to be eligible to enter tournaments or contests. All determinations with respect to tournaments and rules and eligibility will be made in our sole discretion and will be final and binding on you in all respects.

The results of all tournaments offered depend on the number and skill levels of players participating. We reserve the right to create and modify specific rules and eligibility of tournaments at any time, including canceling or closing any tournament, and any refund of entry fees as applicable.

In the event of a tie, the player who plays their round first is considered the leader.

PRIZE DRAWS

54e Dev Studios, Inc. may sometimes conduct Prize Draw contests. For any Prize Draws offered: A drawing will be conducted after the Contest Period. Contest judges’ decisions are final. Each potential winner must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in the complete Terms of Service, and winning is dependent upon fulfilling all such requirements. Potential winners will be notified by email within ten (10) days of the drawing. We are not responsible for notifications that are misdirected or not received because of email addresses that are not correct. If a winner cannot be contacted within fourteen (14) days after the first attempt to contact such winner, such person may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. If the prize notification is returned as non-deliverable, the winner may be disqualified and another winner may be selected. No requests for refund or substitution of any type are allowed. Winner is solely responsible for the payment of all federal, state, provincial and local taxes due as a result of accepting the prize, as well as for other expenses or costs relating to the prize not expressly set forth above. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution by winners or cash equivalent is allowed. We reserve the right to substitute prize for one of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period. Any potential winner must be the age of majority under the laws of his/her jurisdiction of residence.
